Add a Google Calendar reminder button to your website

Nick Starr has created a website that will generate code which you can place in your website to produce a Google Calendar reminder button. If a user clicks on the button, it will automatically add the event of your description to their Google Calendar. Nick has grown a reputation for being on the forefront of tech and this is pretty slick. The code can be placed in any html site, so that include MySpace. As Google Calendar continues to become the standard online calendar, I can see bands, tv shows, etc using this or something similar to reach the specific audience they want to.

I personally know several people working full time as professional bloggers through Weblogs, Inc., but I’m always curious to see if people who strike out on their own as full time professional bloggers will succeed. John Gruber, who is well known among Apple Macintosh enthusiasts, has decided to take the solo route of blogging as a full time career.
