Perils of a Microsoft Yahoo Honeymoon
Merrill Lynch reports Microsoft should buy Yahoo in order to fend off Google. While I agree with this move, it would be interesting to look at the perils and long-term effects of a deal as big as this as Google may see this as an opportunity to fire from all cylinders while a honeymoon stage is taking it’s course for both jumbo companies.
