ATI gets DDR3 memory samples from Qimonda

Qimonda which is a subsidiary of Infineon has stated that it has provided its first DDR3 SODIMM memory samples to graphics card manufacturer ATI for use in future notebook chipsets which are scheduled to become available next year.
